The preferred check-in is from 3:00 p.m. onwards. We understand some guests may need flexible choices. Please let us know in advance. If we cannot accommodate you before 3:00 p.m., we facilitate bag drop for early arrivals.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible reservations:
- For stays of less than two weeks: You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival without incurring any fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival or in the case of a no-show will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- For stays of two weeks or more: You may cancel your reservation up to one week before your scheduled arrival without incurring any fees. Cancellations made less than one week before arrival or in the case of a no-show will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Non-refundable reservations
Book in advance and get a discount! Full prepayment by credit card is required. No change and no cancellation allowed. The full deposit is not refundable.

- Credit Card Guarantee: We require a credit card to secure your booking. Debit cards are not accepted for guarantees.
- Secure Payment Link: Payment is made via a secure link sent to you via WhatsApp or email. We accept both credit and debit cards
- The credit card used for booking is for guarantee purposes only. You’ll pay through the provided payment link.
