The preferred check-in is from 3:00 p.m. onwards. We understand some guests may need flexible choices. Please let us know in advance. In the chance that we cannot accommodate you before 3:00 p.m., we facilitate bag drop for early arrivals.
Cancellation Policy

- For stays of less than two weeks: You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival without incurring any fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival or in the case of a no-show will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- For stays of two weeks or more: You may cancel your reservation up to one week before your scheduled arrival without incurring any fees. Cancellations made less than one week before arrival or in the case of a no-show will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Non-refundable reservations
Book in advance and get a discount! Full prepayment by credit card is required. No change and no cancellation allowed. The full deposit is not refundable.
